A New Beginning

this is our iso tank with new crabs
i just got 4 new crabs their names are michaela, alexa,axel,and apu. they are E's our favorite type of crab. I just started a big project to my tank i had to clean rocks dry them while my mom put new sand in the tank I was so excited when we got our new E's at petco. E's are very rare to find in my city I'm sorry I have not posted in a while I have been at school but this summer I hope to post alot more than last summer. 4 of our E's ginger, toodles, sora, and emily have had bad molts and are no longer with us.In our new tank we have moved our shell shack to the other side of the tank. I have just built an exercise tank but it is realy a long clear bucket. our new crabs just got out of thier disgusting painted shells. now they have beautiful natural shells.

  1. Cool! Welcome Home to the new crabs. I agree with you about the "disgusting painted shells". Why would someone want a beautiful crab in a ugly shell. Love the natural shells. Have fun with your crabs and I look forward to seeing all of the updates about them over the summer. Maybe your mom can help you set up a live "crab cam". Hehe... Love you, Aunt Nellie

    Hey Mr. Crabs: I finally checked out your new blog. I'm glad you're blogging again, cause I find it fascinating to watch what they are doing. Those shells they gave those poor crabs were horrible. I'm glad they chose the cool "clothes" you provided for them. Keep on "crabbing" and keep on "blogging". Where did the name "Apu" come from? Grandma

    I also am glad your "blogging" again.I think that natural shells are much better and prettier then painted shells.Why would ANYONE give crabs nasty painted shells when natural shells are much better.Have a wonderful summer and please "blog" more.
